ISO 9001
Contisystems is a company certified by ISO 9001:2015 that transversely uses the good practices implemented by the aforementioned certification from the moment of conception and development to your operation teams.
The certification that is in force at the moment was a result of the audit carried out in July 2018 by TÜV Rheinland Portugal in accordance with the requirements of the normative referential NP EN ISO 9001:2015. This external certification, done in accordance with NP EN ISO 9001:2015, has a scope that includes all of your activities i.e.: Production, Personalization and Digital Custody of Documents in a Secure Environment; Development of Support Applications for Information Management.
With this certification, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that you are buying from an entity with processes implemented that ensure a commitment to the quality of the products and services that are delivered to you.
ISO 27001
Contisystems is a company certified since July 2019 according to the ISO / IEC 27001 standard, which represents the international reference for information security management.
The certification covers the activities of composition, production, customization, multichannel distribution and digital document archiving.
This certification attests to Contisystems as an entity with a system that continuously ensures the security of its information assets.
FSC®
Contisystems obtained the external certification for the FSC – Forest Stewardship Council® system at the beginning of 2016. FSC® has the goal of ensuring environmental protection as well as sustainable economic and social management of the forests around the world, so we recommend the use of this type of material to all of our customers.
The application of its seal differentiates the final product by ensuring the use of sustainable raw materials and manufacturing methods. Contisystems guarantees that the FSC® certified material is identified and kept separate from the non-certified material along the production chain, thus complying with requirements of the FSC® STD 40-004 V3-0 standard that was at the base of its certification.
VISA
Contisystems is a company certified by Visa for the personalization of cards of this entity both in the physical form as well as in the logical form.
The certification in force at the moment was the result of an audit carried out in March 2018 in line with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards.
With this certification, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that you are buying from an entity that meets all the demanding security requirements imposed by Visa, thus ensuring complete confidentiality of the data involved as well as the absolute security and safety of the materials, both with regards to raw materials as well as with regards to the final product.
Mastercard
The Mastercard certification enables Contisystems to personalize cards of this entity, both in the physical form as well as in the logical form.
The certification in force at the moment was the result of an audit carried out in April 2020, in which the processes and practices related to bank card personalization were scrutinized in detail, with particular emphasis on the security measures involved.
Because all the requirements at the level of certifications are applied not only to the directly related area but also to the entire company, this certification grants all the customers of Contisystems the assurance of total physical as well as logical safety and security with regards to information protection, raw materials and the final product.
