New shareholder structure at Contisystems

It is with enthusiasm that we share with all our customers, partners, suppliers, and with the market in general, that Contisystems was acquired, last Friday, June 30th, by the Spanish group Mailcomms (MailTecK&Customercomms), market leader in Spain for customer communication services.

This purchase promises to bring many innovations to the Iberian market of services and integrated personalized customers communication solutions, both physical and digital. Among these innovations, we highlight the doubling of production capacity and greater innovation regarding the services portfolio, namely with trust services. Equally important will be the absolutely unique offer that the Mailcomms Group entities will be able to deliver, in terms of security, with very complete disaster recovery/business continuity scenarios.

The integration process between the companies will involve careful assessment to align operations, teams and strategies but the objective is to ensure a smooth transition, maximizing synergy and growth and ensuring that our entire team will remain the same. Our CEO, Duarte Conceição, in addition to maintaining his role, will also join the administration of the MailComms Group.
