As part of Una Seguros' technological transformation program, a constant concern has been the transformation of the company's processes, which includes doing away with paper work, digitizing all the work processes in the life cycle of a policy, including the claims management process.

In order to make this journey, we found in Contisystems a strategic partner with extensive experience in various business areas, who has helped us to build new information dispatch processes for our clients.

The new work process is thus already working in line with Una Seguros' new core system, based on an automated process and without human intervention. After the first 6 months of production, the results are in line with the defined objectives, with high levels of quality and respecting the defined SLAs.
