ISO 9001
We are an ISO 9001:2015-certified company that uses the good practices implemented by this certification across the board, from design and development through to its operational teams.
The certification currently in force was the result of an audit carried out by TÜV Rheinland Portugal in accordance with the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. This external certification, carried out in accordance with NP EN ISO 9001:2015, has a scope that includes all of its activities, namely: Production, Personalization and Digital Custody of Documents in a Secure Environment; Application Development to Support Information Management.

ISO 14001
We are an ISO 14001:2015 certified company, which validates our commitment to environmental management and sustainability.
The certification was obtained through an external audit carried out by TÜV Rheinland Portugal, in accordance with the requirements of the NP EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.
This certification covers our activities in the production, personalization and digital custody of documents in a secure environment, application development to support information management, ensuring that we apply the best environmental practices across the board. With this certification, our clients can be sure that they are doing business with a supplier that is committed to protecting the environment and the quality of its services.
ISO 27001
Contisystems has been certified since July 2019 according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, which represents the international benchmark for information security management.
The certification covers the activities of composition, production, personalization, multichannel distribution and digital archiving of documents.
This certification certifies Contisystems as an organization with a system that continuously ensures the security of its information assets.
FSC®
Contisystems obtained external certification for the FSC-Forest Stewardship Council® system at the beginning of 2016. The FSC® aims to ensure environmental protection and sustainable economic and social management of forests around the world, so we advise all our customers to use this type of material.
The application of its seal differentiates the final product by guaranteeing the use of sustainable raw materials and manufacturing methods. Contisystems guarantees that FSC® certified material is identified and kept separate from non-certified material throughout the production chain, thus complying with the requirements of FSC® standard STD 40-004 V3-0, which was the basis for its certification.
We are committed to respecting the FSC Principles and Values, in accordance with the FSC® Chain of Custody Declaration of Commitment.
VISA
Contisystems is a company certified by Visa to personalize Visa cards in both physical and logical forms.
The certification currently in force was the result of an audit carried out in accordance with PCI (Payment Card Industry Standards).
With this certification, you have the security of buying from an entity that meets all the demanding security requirements imposed by Visa, guaranteeing total confidentiality of the data involved, as well as absolute security of the materials, both in terms of raw materials and the final product.
Mastercard
Mastercard certification allows Contisystems to personalize Mastercard cards, both physically and logically.
The certification currently in force is the result of an audit, in which the processes and practices related to the personalization of bank cards are scrutinized in detail, with particular focus on the security measures involved.
Because all the certification requirements are applied not only to the area directly concerned, but to the entire company, this certification gives all Contisystems customers the guarantee of total physical and logical security in terms of protecting information, raw materials and the end product.
