We promote a culture of quality throughout the organization, where every employee understands their role in achieving excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are committed to incorporating the health and safety of our employees, service providers, clients and other visitors as a permanent concern in the management of our infrastructures and the spaces in which we carry out our daily activities. Through correct and constant risk assessment, we prevent the occurrence of accidents at work and the appearance of occupational illnesses that may result from the operation of our business, guaranteeing a healthy and safe working environment.

We work to protect the environment, preserve natural resources and mitigate and adapt to climate change. In light of these commitments, Contisystems takes responsibility for preserving the environment and managing and monitoring the direct and indirect impacts of its activities, products and services. Contisystems integrates and promotes a culture of responsible consumption and investment and aims to continuously and consistently improve its environmental footprint.

We adopt a management culture based on criteria of responsibility, demand and efficiency, based on the management systems implemented and adapted to the context of the organization, which allows the appropriate framework for defining, monitoring and reviewing the objectives and targets set.

This Integrated Policy guides and mobilizes Contisystems in the constant search for continuous improvement and in achieving the effectiveness and efficiency of our management systems, guaranteeing the following objectives:

  • Environmental protection, including pollution prevention and the sustainable use of resources;

  • Assessment of activities that may pose risks to the safety and health of workers, adopting measures to prevent, reduce or eliminate these risks;
  • Preventing occupational injuries and illnesses among its workers by eliminating risks or implementing controls to minimize them.
  • Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health conditions appropriate to the specific nature of its Occupational Safety and Health risks, the purpose, size and context of Contisystems.

This policy is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness and is communicated to all relevant stakeholders and is publicly available for consultation.
