Exporting to grow and learn
Exporting means making contact with other markets and getting to know different realities, products and services. All this knowledge helps us to provide the best service to our national and international clients.
Exporting doesn't just mean growing, it means taking Portugal further, making contact with other markets and getting to know different realities, products and services. All this knowledge helps us to provide the best service to our national and international clients. That's why it's so important for us to take Contisystems around the world and continue our strong focus on exports, which has proved to be one of the factors driving business growth.
In the first quarter of this year, Contisystems carried out a series of actions in foreign markets, including participation in international events and visits to various clients, with a particular focus on France and Morocco.
As an example of the type of actions we have carried out, we would like to share the most recent, our participation as exhibitors at the Africa Pay & ID Expo Conference in Marrakech, Morocco on March 22 and 23, at the invitation of and in collaboration with our local partner Gemadec. Although the main objective was to present "Customer Communication Management & Legal Archive" solutions to the African market, we actively promoted our 3 business areas: Payment Solutions, Customer Communication Management and Printing Solutions.
As a result of this participation, we obtained a significant number of new business opportunities in various countries. In an African market that has shown itself to be very receptive to innovative, quality solutions that enable them to provide effective answers to the specific challenges of this geography, we confirmed some of the trends that we already know from the national and European markets, particularly with regard to attracting and retaining customers, information security and the ability to store and securely manage customer data.
The good results obtained through the actions carried out in this last quarter reinforce our conviction about the importance of exports in Contisystems' growth and development, helping us to achieve the objectives we have set for the coming years.
