Warehouse and Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Help organize and assign daily tasks to the operational team;
• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods and raw materials;
• Coordinate shipping, ensuring that deadlines and specifications are met;
• Support and supervise the loading and unloading of goods;
• Ensure that stock and inventory records are kept up to date in the warehouse management systems;
• Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe;
• Ensure coordination among the production, logistics, and purchasing teams to guarantee the smooth flow of operations;
• Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement in the warehousing and shipping processes;
• Ensure compliance with the quality, information security, data protection, and sustainability requirements applicable to warehouse operations.

Desired profile:

• 12th grade; technical and vocational training in logistics is preferred;
• Experience in operational warehouse coordination roles;
• Knowledge of best practices in the organization, storage, and handling of materials;
• Computer skills from the user's perspective, particularly Microsoft Excel;
• Experience in managing incoming and outgoing goods and inventory;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate operational teams;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to proactively identify and correct deviations;
• Knowledge of the Primavera system in the inventory module will be valued;
• Certification in the operation and handling of mechanical material-handling equipment will be valued.
