Alert your customers to the arrival of their new card. With this service, as soon as the new card is dispatched, an SMS alert is automatically sent to your customer's number.
The way your card reaches your customer makes all the difference.
Send your card in an original way, but above all, make sure it contains all the necessary information clearly and securely. You can count on us to supply the paper, printing and finishing (folding, die-cuts, inserts, etc.) that will support the delivery of your card.
We personalize the card carrier (name, address, account number and other data), insert/glue the card, insert possible additional data and forward it directly to each end user, using the contracts you already have with mail forwarders. Alternatively, we can take care of the contracted forwarding, incorporating this mail into our contract and, in addition, handling returned mail.
As an alternative to sending the cards directly to the end user, we can send them in set batches to internal company addresses (e.g. bank branches).
Unexpected situations may require the urgent collection of a particular card or batch of cards ordered from your normal personalization and distribution circuit. To deal with these situations, which can, for example, arise from the sudden urgent delivery of a particular card, we are able to take the card out of its normal circuit and give it a different priority and circuit.
