What technology supports this service?
Using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and NPL (Natural Processing Language) technology, we will identify the type of document in order to understand the flow it should follow. From there, using automated processes (RPA - Robotic Process Automation) , the information and communication follow their flow and are integrated into a centralized database. This database stores the communication or document, the extracted metadata that is associated with it, as well as the routing that was given (log).
